Behind Morrow and Tide is Nicole Blair, a leader, mentor and marketer who has spent her career helping others grow with purpose. After years working in fast-paced industries, Nicole found herself craving a different kind of rhythm. One that values stillness as much as progress, and softness as much as strength.

That shift inspired the brand. Morrow and Tide isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance. It’s about building small, meaningful rituals that anchor you through change and remind you that calm isn’t found, it’s created.

Away from work, Nicole is a mum, partner and writer who believes that calm is something we create through small, intentional choices. Morrow and Tide is her way of sharing that philosophy, bringing together thoughtful products and simple rituals that help people slow down and reconnect with themselves.
